Nov. '06, D-Foam talks to prospective SigmaPure service licensees.  "With the increases in fuel prices, keeping
plants running at peak efficiency is paramount.  This has meant that even small foaming issues can cost huge
money.  It's no wonder other service businesses are interested in adding our technology to their current offerings.
We admit that other, more well established service companies might be better positioned to handle demand, and
we're talking with some of them.  However, we are being very selective.  We have to make sure that our customers
will be working with companies that reflect our attention to their best interests."  Steve von Phul
Jan. '07, D-Foam is pleased to announce an exclusive licensing agreement with MPR Services, Inc., Dickinson,
Texas (a subsidiary of Tessenderlo Kerley of Phoenix Arizona).  MPR is a well known and trusted supplier of field
services to the petroleum industry, and will bring considerable technical expertise with this new technology.

"D-Foam has been extremely successful in the development and preliminary commercialization of this critical new
technology.  However, it became clear that we needed operations and analytical partners to support growing
demand and technical development.  MPR provides both support positions on a global basis, and is led by a
strong management team.  I am confident that our existing and future customers will be the real beneficiaries of
this agreement."  Steve von Phul
